Ghayyoor Obaid Architects was engaged by Danish Haseeb Khan to design a modern luxury apartment building on 94 G Gulberg 3, Lahore. Envisioned as a high-end residential development, this Ground-plus-11 structure features four spacious corner apartments on each floor, each designed to capture maximum light and views of the new Central Business District skyline.
The project seeks to redefine urban living by enticing residents away from Lahore's traditional villa lifestyle and into large, well-appointed apartments that blend modern design with comfort and functionality. Each apartment features a separate dirty kitchen and maid's room, reflecting an understanding of the needs of contemporary families. Amenities include pool, gym, and communal spaces, providing residents with an elevated lifestyle experience.
