Sukh Chayn Gardens, located on the outskirts of Lahore along Multan Road near Thokar Niaz Baig, is a thoughtfully planned residential development that spans over 2,100 kanals. The development was once a flourishing mango orchard before being transformed into a modern housing society. Our firm was involved from the outset, contributing to the initial master planning, road network design, and the basic plotting of the site.
The preservation of the mango orchard was one of the key concepts that shaped the development. Our firm recommended that no trees be cut before construction, which ensured that the plots remained shaded by the mature mango trees. This approach not only retained the site's natural charm but also created a unique environment where the community could live among fully grown trees. As a result, the empty plots are far from barren — they are lush and filled with trees that bear fruit every year. The mangoes are shared by the residents, fostering a sense of community and connection with the land.
The master plan places a strong emphasis on green spaces and public areas. Parks, walking paths, and recreational zones are woven into the layout, creating a harmonious balance between nature and modern living. The road network was designed to ensure easy accessibility, with wide roads and pedestrian-friendly walkways connecting all sectors of the community. The development also includes modern infrastructure such as fiber-optic internet and underground electrification.
